Safarifone's Hudhud VoIP and DSL products were sold only through in-person branch visits and manual provisioning, which limited reach and slowed activation for new subscribers. Smart Fusion, in a joint venture with Agile Vectors, delivered a marketing website and an online subscription flow with plan selection, account creation, online payment, and a provisioning handoff into Safarifone's billing, so customers can subscribe and activate service end to end online.
