Smart Fusion stood up a dedicated managed team that designed and built Taaj's remittance platform - send and payout, compliance screening, agent and corridor management, and settlement - working as an extension of Taaj's own engineering organization.
Challenge
Taaj needed to build a cross-border remittance system quickly but could not hire a full engineering team fast enough, and needed delivery discipline around compliance, security, and money movement.
Solution
Smart Fusion provided a managed pod of engineers, QA, and a delivery lead that owned the remittance build: transaction engine, AML and sanctions screening, agent and payout-partner integrations, and settlement and reporting, all to Smart Fusion's engineering standards with Taaj setting product direction.
